The staff was friendly and attentive. Very good selection of wines, ranging from medium-priced to high-quality wines. Guests can also choose from 3- to 6-course menus. We enjoyed our dinner at the Montblanc Restaurant and will surely come again the next time we visit Hauteluce! Merci beaucoup! ”
“ An impressive 2 staff, 4-6 table establishment (1 front 1 chef) where details are well thought through. There’s exposed kitchen where you can see live action is great. I don’t know much about wine pairing, but on its own each of the selection were great. Love the minimal cozy decor of the place and our cover was peaceful. A lot of petite surprise. All the fish based dishes (norwegian and fera fish with herb granita) were really good. But Our favorite dishes were the white asparagus with parma ham, butternut soup with mustard ice cream, and dessert which was a pairing of cauliflower and coconut milk - what a clever and amazingly executed dish. ”
